Artist Statement

My Pop-Art inspired portraits aim to capture the essence of my subjects in a hip, colorful, and contemporary way. Be it a painting of your son, daughter, boyfriend, wife, mom, or beloved pet, my goal is to create a timeless and original work of art that can be enjoyed in your home forever.

Although drawing was my first passion from the time I could hold a pencil, it wasn't until college that I discovered that my heart belonged to painting. I received my BA in Studio Art and Theatre from Middlebury College. I also had the privilege of studying at the Slade School of Art in London.

I now live in a historic pocket of Orange County in a home built in 1899. My art studio is a converted "carriage house” in the backyard, and this is where my custom paintings are created.
